Review the indexing status for all structures using Active Workspace

You can review the Smart Discovery indexing status for structures, upgrade database tables and schema, and control the structure filtering for users.

While reviewing the status, you can also review the Smart Discovery license information and the indexing preference values.

Procedure

1. From Launcher, click Indexer and Search Administration Dashboard. (If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.)

2. Click Smart Discovery Index.

   You can view the information about the Smart Discovery-related licenses and the time the indexing was last updated in Indexing Details. You can view the values of the Smart Discovery-related preferences in Indexing Preferences. You can view the number of structures that are indexed using Smart Discovery, massive model visualization (MMV) indexed, tracked for MMV indexing, and quarantined structures in Discovery Data Indexing Status.

Results

To view the structures that are part of a status bar, click the status bar. For example, to view the structures that are indexed for MMV, click the MMV Indexed status bar.

Note: After geometry is added to structures in the MMV Tracked category, those structures are automatically moved to the MMV Indexed category and reflected in the associated status bar.

To obtain the latest information about Smart Discovery, click Refresh.
