Capture a snapshot of a session Snapshots capture the 3D data associated with your product. When you load the product in the 3D viewer and take a snapshot, you capture the current 3D view, including camera, visibility, selection, view port (pan, zoom, and rotate modes), orientation, sections, measurements, queries, and markups. You also capture the configuration and filtering criteria. You can capture a snapshot of the current view of an assembly as an in-session snapshot.
