Configuration load balancing
FMS configuration is controlled through a primary configuration file (fmsmaster_fscid.xml) that is hosted by an FSC referred to as the primary or configuration FSC. You can also configure more than one primary or configuration FSC so that the additional FSCs load balance each other. Configuration load balancing allows the client or the FMS network to use any one of the FSC configuration servers in a rotating manner. Similar to other load balancing configurations in FMS, the priority attribute determines the load balancing configuration, such that all FSCs with the same priority value (such as 0) are considered balanced.
